hey coach. its naomi smith from 2nd period. the article relates to the alien and sedition acts because they athority would be able to deport the illigal immigrants in gangs to where they are from just because they are illigal. the acts state that they athority coud deport anyone based on their race.
So do you think that the LAPD should be able to do this?
yes they should! people shouldn't allowed to come in to our country do all these terrible things to people and then not get punished because they are here illegally.
hey coach, i agree with Naomi entirely. Illegal immigrants who come into this country should be deported immediately. They aren't here to bring peace to our country, if they were they would come here with papers!

Hey this is summaya. i agree with naomi but you should cut most people some slack because some come to make something of themselves.
but they shouldn't come to get involved with gang activities. if you want to be here then do somthing good.
Some of you have good responses. We do have to keep in mind that we have to be understanding of our fellow man. We have to realize that people come to our nation looking for work, for the American dream. How many of our citizens today can say their families have lived here since the time of the Colonies?

yea..i totally get what u guys are saying, but not everyone that comes to the U.S. comes here to cause a riot...some people come here to start anew and make something out of their lives. trust me, i know from personel expierence b-cas i came here when i was 5 from mexico and my life would probably not be as good as it is if i stayed.
i mean, think about it. we all come from different places and have different cultures. even if we're "american", our ancestors came from other countries.
Hey Mr. Walter. This post relates to the Alien and Sedition Acts because you are the authority and you have the right to ban the "net aliens" that come here. Other wise, they would post something bad. This applies to what police can do. I totally agree with what Naomi said. The dudes who come here illegally can do bad stuff like sell drugs and kill people, so if they do that, then all of the similar people get the same treatment as those individuals.
coach, you are absolutley correct. that is why this country was built, to build a new life and give hope to people coming from different backgrounds. but then again there are people who don't come here for a new life. i do take into consideration for the people who come to honestly start over. but i am just saying there are people that come here to intentionally ruin our country. say for instance, the people who highjacked the planes for september 11th. there is nothing wrong with taking the test and saying the oath to take care of our country. why do people come to america in the first place? for all the great things we have here. so why trash it? how do think the other goverments would feel if it was vice versa? im sure that they wouldnt like it.

i think its totally unkewlio to do that to illigal alliens. like summaya said, they are just trying to make a living of themselves. although, some are trying to sabatoge stuff, but most of them are just trying to support themselves and their family.
i believe that we should be able to have immagrants "aliens" because those dont come here to cause problems they come to start a new life!

well in my opinion. the acts are ok to me because. we dont know where the "illegal alines" life stlye is. SO. tey may be dangerous and can hurt alot of people and this way can effect the welfare by givng unrepcted dangerous "alines" money to do more dangerous things with that .so yea thats pretty much it :D

It is Nik H. from P2. I believe we should close our borders entirenly because we have just had so much trouble dealing with illegal immigrants that our economy has fallen A LOT. That's my oppinion on the subject.

Hi this is Jesse from 4th period. This article relates to the Alien and Sedition act because it lets illegal immigrants to be deported. I agree a little bit with some people but i kinda don't. I agree to deport bad illegals but not good ones. If it was easy for people to come here they would but it really cost a lot of money. My mom talked to me about this and she said it costs thousands and takes years for someone to be able to come over here legally. I say we just need better people watching our boarders but not kick out good people.
